Pei En started her yoga journey with her mother in a Community Centre in the heart of Potong Pasir (thank you, mum!). She slowly found her way to Anahata Yoga in 2012 and was hooked on the feeling of empowerment, quiet confidence and pure bliss that came after each sweaty yoga class. Since then, she has been blessed to meet teachers and mentors that continue to inspire and mould her practice.
Pei En is an asana junkie in transition. She is still looking to challenge her body to fold forwards/twist and bend backwards deeper, while maintaining sense of ease in her breath and delight in her heart. As a teacher, she hopes to be able to show her students that their bodies are capable of much more and to inspire self-love in one and all. She has been sharing her practice since 2014 after her training with her teachers Lynn Yeo and Sumei Shum. She is now grateful to have the opportunity to share her passion alongside her fellow teachers at Anahata Yoga.
